User Experience Designer at U.S. Department of Interior​

  • Provides the agency with user-centered research for the improvement of websites at the Office of Natural Resources Revenue. Advises colleagues within different teams about how to conduct human-centered design during meetings or through formal training courses. 

  • Develops high- and low-fidelity prototypes to conduct effective user testing and communicate design ideas with developers.

  • Creates fun and aesthetically-pleasing graphic designs for agency public affairs and communication.
     

Designer & Urban Planner at U.S. Department of Transportation, Volpe Center​

  • Provided transportation planning expertise for the National Park Service, Fish and Wildlife Service, and Federal Highway Administration.

  • Designed content across different mediums, including digital communication materials, accessible wireframes and websites, video production, editing, and publishing.​

 

Transportation Planner at CivCon Services, Inc.

  • Automated the creation of county maps for Illinois Highway Safety Program and wrote technical statewide and countywide highway safety plans.
